2. Add a target keyword (optional—enables SEO Analysis and Keyword Expansion)

Understanding the display

After fetching a page, the preview card displays:
• Meta Title and Meta Description with character counts
• Content metrics (word count, headings, internal/external links)
• Keyword metrics (occurrences and density—when a target keyword is provided)
Four tabs provide deeper inspection:
| Tab | Shows |
| Content Preview | Full page content with optional keyword highlighting |
| Headings | Heading hierarchy with SEO checks (H1 presence, keyword usage) |
| Links | All internal and external links with anchor text analysis |
| Keywords | Top extracted keywords ranked by frequency |
What should I do next?
The analysis type determines the recommended workflow:
| Situation | Action |
| No target keyword | Review Content Review results for editorial improvements |
| Target keyword added | Check all three analyses—Content Review, SEO Analysis, and Keyword Expansion |
| Immediate priority items | Address within 1–2 weeks—these have the highest impact |
| Near-term priority items | Schedule for 1–2 months—moderate impact opportunities |
| Can-wait items | Tackle when time permits—minor refinements |
Analysis types
Content Review

Content Review identifies the target audience and finds specific issues across grammar, factual accuracy, credibility, clarity, missing information, and tone. Every issue includes a copy-paste-ready fix.
This analysis always runs, even without a target keyword.
SEO Analysis

SEO Analysis audits on-page SEO factors including meta tags, keyword placement, heading structure, entity coverage, and link opportunities. Recommendations include exact replacement text.
Requires a target keyword to run.
Keyword Expansion

Keyword Expansion discovers semantically related keywords with real search volume data. The analysis suggests specific sentence edits to naturally incorporate high-value keywords, plus FAQ questions worth adding.
Requires a target keyword to run.

Troubleshooting
Page fails to fetch
The page may block automated access or require authentication.
• Verify the URL is publicly accessible
• Check the page doesn't require login
• Try a different page on the same site
No readable content found
The page may be heavily JavaScript-rendered or image-based.
• Single-page applications may not render fully
• PDF or image-heavy pages have limited text extraction
Analysis takes too long
Large pages or complex content require more processing time.
• Analyses typically complete in 30–60 seconds
• If processing exceeds 2 minutes, it retries automatically
• Try again if the analysis fails after multiple attempts
Keyword Expansion shows few results
The quality filter removes keywords that aren't semantically relevant or already tracked.
• Keywords already tracked in the workspace are excluded
• Keywords without search volume are filtered out
• Off-topic suggestions are removed to maintain relevance
FAQ
Can the same page be analysed multiple times?
Yes. Each fetch and analysis counts as a new request. This is useful after making changes to see updated recommendations.
Why are some recommendations labelled 'Immediate'?
Immediate priority indicates high-impact issues—factual errors, missing critical information, or significant SEO gaps on high-volume keywords.
What's the difference between Content Review and SEO Analysis?
Content Review focuses on editorial quality—grammar, clarity, accuracy, and audience fit. SEO Analysis focuses on search optimisation—meta tags, keyword usage, and technical factors.
How are suggested keywords selected?
Keywords must be semantically related to the content, have verified search volume, and not already appear verbatim in the article. Off-topic suggestions are filtered out.
