Managing Domains
Domain Management lets you add and organise the websites you want to track—the foundation for all keyword monitoring in SERP360.
Quick start
1. Navigate to Manage Keywords
2. Enter a domain in the Add Domain field (e.g. example.com)
3. Click Add
4. Start adding keywords for tracking
Understanding the display
The domain table shows all websites added to the current workspace.

| Element | Description |
| Domain | Website address (normalised—no http:// or www.) |
| Action | Delete icon to remove the domain |
What should I do next?
| Situation | Action |
| No domains listed | Add the first domain to begin tracking |
| Domain added | Navigate to Keywords to add search terms |
| Wrong domain added | Delete it and add the correct one |
| Domain in wrong workspace | Delete from current workspace and add to the correct one |
Adding a domain
SERP360 accepts domains in various formats and normalises them automatically. Enter a website address in any of these forms:
• example.com
• https://example.com
All formats result in the same stored domain: example.com. The system removes protocols, www prefixes, paths, and query strings.
Subdomains are treated as separate domains. blog.example.com and example.com are tracked independently.
Deleting a domain
Click the delete icon next to any domain. A confirmation prompt appears because deletion is permanent and removes all associated data.
Deleting a domain removes: all keywords, ranking history, categories, and search engine settings linked to that domain. This action cannot be undone.
Workspaces and domains
Each workspace maintains its own list of domains. Switching workspaces in the header shows different domains.
The same website can exist in multiple workspaces as separate tracking instances. This supports scenarios like tracking different keyword sets for the same site, or organising client work into separate workspaces.
Troubleshooting
"This domain already exists"
The domain is already in the current workspace. Check the list or switch workspaces if adding to a different one.
"Please enter a valid domain"
The input doesn't match a valid domain format. Enter a standard domain like example.com—without spaces or special characters.
"No workspace selected"
Select a workspace from the header dropdown before adding domains.
Domain list not loading
Refresh the page. If the issue persists, check your internet connection or contact support.
FAQ
Can the same domain exist in multiple workspaces?
Yes. Each workspace has its own domain instances with independent keyword tracking.
What happens to keywords when a domain is deleted?
All keywords, ranking history, and associated data are permanently removed.
Does capitalisation matter when adding domains?
No. Domains are converted to lowercase automatically. EXAMPLE.COM and example.com are identical.
How many domains can be added?
You can add as many as you want.
