Understanding the display
The projects table shows all projects in the current workspace. Each row displays core information at a glance.

| Column | Description |
| Project Name | Identifies the project |
| Domain | Website linked to this project |
| Country | Target market (e.g. UK, US, DE) |
| Language | Content language (e.g. English, German) |
| Industry | Business sector (e.g. Legal, SaaS, E-commerce) |
| Actions | Edit or delete the project |
Expandable rows

Projects with AI context information show a chevron icon. Click the row to expand and view Primary Audience and Brand Voice Notes. These details help AI features generate more relevant content recommendations.
What should I do next?
Project setup determines how effectively AI features serve each website and audience.
| Situation | Action |
| New website to track | Create a project and link it to the domain |
| Multiple markets for one site | Create separate projects per country/language combination |
| AI recommendations feel generic | Edit the project and add Primary Audience and Brand Voice Notes |
| Project no longer needed | Delete it to keep the workspace organised |
| Wrong domain selected | Edit the project and select the correct domain |

Editing and deleting projects
Edit: Click the pencil icon in the Actions column. Update any field and click Update Project.
Delete: Click the bin icon. A confirmation dialog appears before the project is permanently removed. This action cannot be undone.
Troubleshooting
No domains available
The domain dropdown is empty because no domains exist in the current workspace.
• Add a domain first via the Domains page
• Verify the correct workspace is selected in the header
Project not showing
Projects only appear for the active workspace.
• Check the workspace selector in the header
• Switch to the workspace where the project was created
Row won't expand
Only projects with Primary Audience or Brand Voice Notes display the expand chevron. Edit the project and add AI context to enable expansion.
Failed to load projects
A connection issue prevented the page from loading.
• Refresh the page
• Check internet connection
• Contact support if the problem persists
FAQ
Can one domain be used in multiple projects?
Yes. This is useful when targeting different markets or audiences for the same website.
What happens when a project is deleted?
The project and its configuration are permanently removed. Data linked to other features remains unaffected.
How do AI context fields affect recommendations?
SERP360 uses these fields to tailor AI Analysis output. More complete context produces more relevant suggestions.
Are projects shared across workspaces?
No. Each project belongs to a single workspace and only appears when that workspace is active.
